Bottega Named CDO at NY Fed

John Bottega has left his position as chief data officer at Citi to become chief data officer for the markets division of the Federal Reserve Bank of NY (see page 1). Bottega, who started in the new job on February 23, was named chief data officer at Citi in 2006, joining from Credit Suisse, where he was the bank's global head of reference data management.
