HOMAN TO ARCHITECT LSE IT

The London Stock Exchange has hired Ian Homan in a newly created role as chief technical architect in London, reporting to CIO David Lester. Formerly global head of Barclays Capital’s electronic markets technology, and previously IT development director at UBS, Homan will lead strategic development of LSE’s IT systems, oversee major IT projects and work with the exchange’s technology sales division to develop technology products.
