NEW HEAD OF IT AT CBOT
William Farrow III is taking over as the head of IT for the Chicago Board of Trade in August. Farrow will be in charge of the CBOT's data services business unit and all exchange information technology efforts. He was named executive vice president in May and reports to David Vitale, president and CEO of the exchange.
