INSTINET COO BOUHELIER STEPS DOWN
Jean-Marc Bouhelier, chief operating officer (COO) of the Instinet ECN, is to leave the company by the end of June, after stepping down from his role as part of ongoing integration and consolidation between Instinet and the Island ECN, acquired by Instinet last June (TTW, June 17, 2002). Those staff who reported to Bouhelier will now report to Instinet chief executive officer (CEO) Ed Nicoll. (Instinet is profiled in the June edition of sibling publication Waters
