Hillier-Brook Launches Start-Up

LONDON--Financial technology veteran Ian T. Hillier-Brook has left Moneyline Telerate and set up Cross-Atlantic Services (XAS Ltd.), a company devoted to helping U.S.-based IT and financial services companies establish themselves in Europe. Hillier-Brook says he left his post as a director for Moneyline on June 30 as part of a redundancy program. He is now the founder and CEO of XAS.

Over the years, Hillier-Brook has worked in European operations posts for IT
