RUPERT SOAMES GONE FROM MISYS DIVISION
Rupert Soames
left his post as Misys Banking and Securities CEO within the last two weeks and will be replaced by Ivan Martin, CEO of Misys Financial Services, according to UK-based Misys officials. Soames joined Misys-owned MKI as CEO in May 1997 from GEC, where he held a number of positions, including managing director of GPT Data Systems, assistant commercial director of the GEC Group and managing director of GEC subsidiary Avery Berkel (Dealing WithOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
