NYSE TAPS KETCHUM FOR REGULATORY ROLE

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) appointed Richard Ketchum to the newly created role of chief regulatory officer, effective June 2 of this year. Interim NYSE chairman John Reed is in discussions with Nasdaq Stock Market officials to allow Ketchum, who was Nasdaq president for three years and signed a non-compete agreement upon leaving, to join NYSE sooner than June.
