JAMES WATSON DOES NOT JOIN MULTEX.COM
James Watson, who was reported to be joining Multex.com (IMD, June 11), has decided not to join the company after all. A spokesperson at Multex says there was "a problem with Watson's contract. The contract fell apart." Watson was due to join Multex as senior vice president and head of sales for Europe last month from California-based Slam Dunk Networks. Watson could not be contacted at press time.
