ITG, LAVA HIRE EX-NYFIX EXECS
After leaving Nyfix earlier this year, Robert Gasser has joined agency broker and technology vendor Investment Technology Group (ITG) as its new CEO and president, effective Oct. 4, say ITG officials. Gasser will also become a member of ITG’s board of directors. The current CEO, chairman and president, Ray Killian, will give up two titles and remain at ITG as board chairman. Gasser will focus on ITG’s core business and expand the vendor’s reach to new asset classes
