Chris Jenkins, managing director for Asia-Pacific at electronic trading platform provider Tora, has been elected co-chair of the FIX Protocol Ltd. (FPL) Asia-Pacific regional committee. He will work alongside co-chair George Molina, senior vice president and director of Asian trading at Franklin Templeton Investments, in order to increase awareness and adoption of electronic trading practices and the FIX protocol, say officials.
