DEUTSCHE BÖRSE TO LOSE MD

Volker Potthoff

is resigning from his position as managing director (MD), responsible for banking and custody services at the Deutsche Börse, officials say. His resignation will take effect June 30. In the interim, Potthoff will serve as a consultant. Potthoff, who joined the Deutsche Börse in 1994, was a member of the group executive management at Clearstream Intl., Clearstream Banking Luxembourg and Clearstream Banking Frankfurt subsid iaries. Officials say that
