Gain Capital, Qatar Exchange, SEC
Online foreign exchange (FX) trading firm Gain Capital has hired Brian Tsui to manage its new Hong Kong office. Prior to the role, Tsui was the head of retail FX at MF Global Hong Kong. The firm's new office is located in the city's central business district.
