Regulatory Software-as-a-Service provider Opus has announced its know-your-customer and reference data platform Alacra has integrated the beta version of the UK Companies House API into Alacra Compliance Enterprise (ACE).

ACE, which is Alacra's flagship KYC and onboarding service, now leverages the new Companies House API to streamline the acquisition of due diligence documents for UK-domiciled firms.

Alacra CEO Steve Goldstein says: "Our next project is adding information about persons with significant control. The UK's Companies House is emerging as a leader in making beneficial ownership information available, and we plan on integrating this data into ACE in the next few months."
