Business process support provider eClerx has teamed up with Comply Exchange to form an end-to-end solution aimed at easing the burden of reporting under tax regulations such as the US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act and the Common Reporting Standard.

The partnership brings together eClerx and Comply Exchange's complementary capabilities—tax reporting software and financial markets operation support. Financial entities can use the solution to support activities associated with customer segmentation, client outreach, data validation and tax status reporting.

eClerx says benefits will include automated outreach and follow-up based on clients' scorecards; form validation for client details and updates in the bank's internal systems; and customizable dashboards.
