Thomson Reuters To Monitor Fatca Grandfathered Instruments

Thomson Reuters has launched an update to its Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (Fatca) Grandfathered Obligation system, which will now alert users if instruments lose their grandfathered status and therefore become subject to a withholding tax, as part of the US anti-tax evasion measure.
