Firms Struggling with Data Governance Approach
LONDON - Many firms do not deal with data governance in an effective way, trying to implement programs at an enterprise-wide scale right from the start, according to several speakers at the Data Governance Executive Briefing held by Dataflux in London in June.
"One of the mistakes firms make is thinking data governance and data management are enterprise-wide and need to be implemented at an enterprise-wide scale from the beginning," said Tony Fisher president and CEO at software vendor DataFlux.
