DTCC welcomes repeal of Dodd-Frank indemnification provisions

It's not often that Democrats and Republicans agree on policy, but in early December, the US Congress and US President Barack Obama's repeal of the indemnification provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act met with almost unanimous bi-partisan support.
