SPECIAL REPORT

St. Louis--Federal Bankruptcy Court Judge David McDonald put Bridge Information Services out of its misery last week, approving a plan to liquidate Bridge and overruling moves by Cantor Fitzgerald and Market Data Corp. to block the liquidation.
