Users Get Reprieve On Separate Fees For CEC Data

Users have been given until April 1 to claim refunds for unwanted New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) data or data from the other four Commodity Exchange Center (CEC) exchanges. The decision -- taken under pressure from the Information Industry Association's (IIA) Financial Information Services Division (FISD) -- comes as a reprieve to CEC data subscribers, who began receiving separate bills last month for NYMEX and non-NYMEX CEC data, replacing the single, far lower, charge for the combined
