Bloomberg Buys Netbox Blue, Integrates Technology into Enterprise Compliance Platform
Bloomberg's purchase of Netbox Blue comes after the two firms held a partnership for two years.
Bloomberg has acquired the intellectual property, patents and engineering assets of Netbox Blue, an Australia-based provider of social media risk management and compliance solutions. Bloomberg will add Netbox Blue's social media monitoring and governance technology to its enterprise compliance platform, Bloomberg Vault, which launched in 2011 and has over 1,000 clients.
Bloomberg Vault's surveillance, eDiscovery and information governance tools will now cover social media and online
