Citicorp has pulled together a new team within its capital markets division to provide a more efficient way of responding to the market data and analytic needs of the bank's 430 traders. By all indications, the new group's mandate now puts it in the position of reconsidering the effectiveness of the bank's incumbent trading room data distribution method of choice -- a Micrognosis Inc.-provided video-switching system.
