As further details of Teknekron Software Systems Inc.'s lawsuit against Isis Distributed Systems Inc. emerge, it looks like the Reuters-owned system integrator has ended up with more of a fight on its hands than it anticipated when it brought its smaller competitor to court in the first place. Specifically, it looks as if Teknekron -- which sued Stratus Computer Inc.-subsidiary Isis in order to defend an already successful, and patented, software product -- may now find itself at risk of losing
