ECN Executives Confront Nasdaq Officials Over SelectNet Outages

NEW YORK--A week after computer network failures caused two temporary disruptions in the operation of Nasdaq's SelectNet network, NASD officials held a meeting at the trade association's offices here with executives from the leading electronic communications networks, who voiced their complaints to the NASD about the outages.
