Citibank Signs On For E-Commerce Suite From Netscape; Trading Links To Follow

NEW YORK--Citibank has licensed for an undisclosed sum the electronic commerce software from Web browser giant Netscape Communications, based in Mountain View, California, in order to build an Internet-commerce infrastructure that will lead to direct links to its trading efforts, Citibank officials say.
