Schwab Taps DBC For Online Product Targeted At Investors

Charles Schwab has selected Data Broadcasting Corp. to provide the real-time data component for Streetsmart Pro, an upgrade of Schwab's Streetsmart PC-based trading and portfolio management system. Although the basic trading component is the same in the so-called pro version as in the regular edition, the newer software displays data in a ticker format and also includes Telescan charting capabilities and Reuters news.
