NYSE Arca Wins SEC Approval for Pilot Fees

The pilot will last until Oct. 31, the same day that the NYSE Real-Time Reference Prices pilot program-a similar service launched in June that offers real-time last sale data for securities traded on NYSE-also concludes. Once the pilot schemes are brought to a close, the exchange will then require further regulatory approval to make them permanent.

Both of the services are targeted at Internet service providers, media organizations and traditional market data vendors that make data freely
