Electronic futures exchange ELX Futures has added another exchange to its ranks as electronic market-maker Interactive Brokers becomes the exchange's latest member. The exchange launched earlier this year trading four U.S. Treasury futures products using the eSpeed trading system provided by BGC Partners (DWT, June 8).
