To better serve the hedge fund and asset management community, JPMorgan has launched its Prime-Custody Solutions Group. The new organization will deliver a combination of prime broker services as well as securities services, explain officials. By merging the two businesses, the bank expects to simplify client onboarding, and improve execution and collateral management, while reducing costs and consolidating reporting functions, officials add.
