AIM Gets to the Nitty Gritty as It Focuses on CRM

HOUSTON--AIM is focusing on customer relationship management this year, says John Deane, chief technology officer of AIM and Amvescap. The project is one of many that Deane is implementing.

For customer relationship management, AIM is leveraging Microsoft’s SQL server data management software to serve wholesalers in the field, a project expected to take eight to nine months.
