BT and TeleWare release recording service to help firms meet FSA call-recording regulations.

BT and TeleWare have released a network-based recording service for mobile (cellular) devices, designed to help UK financial organizations meet new Financial Services Authority (FSA) call-recording regulations, which come into effect on November 14 this year.
