WHY THEY WON
Communication has always been vital on Wall Street, but the pandemic made these systems even more important. By moving early with its Connexus Cloud, IPC has been able to keep its run of wins in this category intact.
WHAT’S NEW
IPC launched Connexus Unigy, a managed and dedicated Unigy solution leveraging IPC’s Connexus Cloud, providing enterprises of all sizes with the ability to trade anywhere on any device.
The company introduced IPC Agility, a delivery platform for applications developed by IPC, partners, or customers.
IPC’s product model is transitioning from a capital-intensive focus to software-as-a-service (SaaS), combining the power of a subscription-based model with a networked community of global financial market participants.
Natural-language processing (NLP) has become a core focus for IPC, exemplified most recently by Blotter, a voice data visualization tool that enables financial market participants to convert voice quotes generated on IPC’s platforms into structured data feeds.
WHAT’S TO COME
Having developed an IPC chatbot using the Symphony Communications platform, IPC will release further natural-language processing (NLP) capabilities, voice-enabled applications, and invest in Dictation as a Service.
