Ambre Soubiran picks up this year’s award for startup professional of the year. Soubiran is the CEO of Kaiko, a digital assets market data provider for professional traders and funds. 

She started her career as a mathematician, but was snatched up by HSBC in 2008 to work as an equities trader. After 10 years with the bank, she acquired Kaiko from its original founder, Pascal Gauthier, back in 2017.
