Waters spoke with Nathanson in the aftermath of the announcement that Scandinavian trading platform and connectivity provider Orc Software plans to buy Neonet in a $17.7 million deal.

Burgundy reported record volumes in January, but Nathanson says that while the numbers point in the right direction, growth could be significantly better. "Things could have been moved faster-we have been technically ready since we launched, but the overall problem and the reason Burgundy hasn't been more successful
