Arabesque AI to Launch New Prediction Engine Using Machine Learning

The firm is working with different machine-learning methods for portfolio construction, and expects its AI system to go live early next year.

Arabesque AI, an independent research company under the umbrella of asset manager Arabesque Group, is working to build out its artificial intelligence engine to predict stock price developments, using techniques such as decision trees, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).

“We utilize a range of supervised and unsupervised machine-learning techniques across the AI engine and our work,” says Michael Neumann, head of AI quant investment strategies at the company.
