BCA-FiscalNote Tool Offers Predictive Data on Impact of Energy Regulation

FiscalNote monitors energy-related regulatory and legislative changes and their likelihood of passing, providing a predictive indicator of the impact on energy markets.

The growth in fracking in the US is contributing to an increase in regulatory requirements.

The Energy Regulation Indicator, which is now live following the vendors joining forces in February (IMD, Feb. 8; Feb. 11, 2016), produces predictive analytics on the energy sector, and will give clients a “brand new nuance of how energy regulation has changed” over the last few years, says Brijesh Malkan, corporate development director at BCA Research.
