Thomson Reuters Adds Shareholder Disclosures to DataScope

The data will help asset managers monitor their exposure to shareholding thresholds.

The new data, which covers data on shares and voting rights for companies from 150 sources throughout nearly 100 countries, will assist asset managers in monitoring and disclosing holdings in certain industries and when they exceed a threshold of a company's outstanding capital.

CME: CFTC OKs clearing move to Google Cloud

The CFTC has given the Chicago-based exchange approval to run its clearing and settlement infrastructure on the Google Cloud Platform, while the exchange and vendor have extended their partnership to last until at least 2037.
