New Spinoff Eventus Systems Launches Risk & Compliance Platform

Eventus was spun out of RGM Advisors.

eye-abstract
The freshly-launched company is based in Austin, Texas.

The platform will allow institutional traders, brokers and clearing firms to deploy enterprise run-time risk and compliance functions across the trading lifecycle. It provides surveillance and insight into the trading activities, according to the Austin, Texas-based company.

The genesis of Validus, says Travis Schwab, CEO of Eventus, was to allow "key stakeholders responsible for their organization's governance, including board members, executives, risk managers and compliance officers, with a way to know the definitive moment-to-moment health of their trading enterprise."
