Kx Systems Looks to Grow in China

The kdb+ database did not need any reengineering to work with the SZSE, as all the required data types were already present. The move is the latest by Kx Systems to grow its presence in China. Kdb+ has been used in the Asian market for over six years, including at the Asian divisions of the large brokerage firms based there, and the vendor has had people on the ground in China for over five years as it looks to grow its business in that region exclusively using partnerships, Janet Lustgarten
