Telx Eyes New York Hosting Space Expansion
Telx is building out a new floor at each of the Manhattan sites, with construction currently underway. The vendor began actively selling space on the new floors in January, with both scheduled to come online on May 1, bringing the total amount of “white space” between the two locations to 35,000 square feet.
