Omega Securities Inc Adds CEO, ATS
Sean Debotte was promoted to CEO and president from his former role as director of business development. "The board decided they wanted somebody who could take the company in a new direction, somebody who could get out there and push it," he tells Sell-Side Technology.
It was a forward-facing role in which he spoke to nearly every broker and vendor connected to Omega, learning about what they wanted from the Canadian market. He heard the trading community raise complaints about the pricing
