ABG Sundal Collier Taps SunGard Front Arena

norway-2
ABG Sundal Collier selects SunGard's electronic-trading platform Front Arena.

Front Arena's hosted platform will replace ABGSC's former multi-vendor infrastructure for trade execution, order management and proprietary trading, and provides the firm with low latency and high bandwidth to support its global trading activities.

"When we needed to replace our order management system, it became clear that by choosing SunGard's Front Arena's hosted and managed solution we could improve our workflow and enhance our overall business efficiency," says Lars Wiberg, the head of execution trading at ABG Sundal Collier. "Working with one vendor to provide our trade execution, order management, and proprietary trading operations on one platform will help ABG Sundal Collier to operate smarter in today's competitive trading landscape."

ABGSC will also use Front Arena for a consolidated view of open positions, profit and loss calculations, market exposure, and risk.
