Link Investimentos Takes TTnet

A Brazilian flag on a building in Sao Paulo

Brazilian commodities trading firm Link Investimentos has selected to deploy a hosted trading platform from Trading Technologies International (TT) to connect its internal desks and institutional clients to trading on the BMF&Bovespa exchange.

"Link Investimentos is very optimistic about the growth potential of the Brazilian market and its partnership with Trading Technologies," says Daniel Barros, CEO of Link Investimentos.

As part of the deal, the agency trading firm will use the vendor's TTnet low-latency managed hosting offering. Link traders and institutional clients will have access to TT's X_Trader trading front end as well as trading API. The platform will route orders to the exchange through the TT gateway and server-based execution tools located in the vendor's São Paulo data center.
