Nomura Expands Corvil to Measure Client DMA Latency in Nanoseconds
Nomura has begun using Dublin-based latency monitoring technology vendor Corvil to provide nanosecond-level latency monitoring for orders, acknowledgements and fills of client trades executed via its NXT Direct direct market access (DMA) platform.
Nomura has used Corvil for more than two years to monitor latency in its equities DMA business, but the performance gains of the bank's new platform required the vendor to provide a solution that could report with nanosecond granularity, says Corvil
