Options IT Links to ASX
Looking toward an expected uptick in demand, Options IT has added connectivity to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The linkage is through the vendor's Pipe Velocity market connectivity service. Through the connection, clients will be able to receive ASX market data from the Options Pipe platform.
The ASX is reengineering its trading platform based on Nasdaq technology, which is due to go live in the fourth quarter of this year, according to Patrick Ruppe, head of marketing for Options
