One of the main findings of the 2010 TowerGroup Operational Risk Assessment Survey released in August revolved around how corporate actions initiatives are expected to grow in the coming years. Twenty five percent of the investment management institutions surveyed by TowerGroup identified the corporate actions function as having the highest level of operational risk within their organization, and more than half of participants said they want to improve their corporate actions processes.
