After years of maintaining fiercely independent exchanges in the region, some of Asia's trading venues are starting to buck the trend. Six exchanges in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (Asean) are currently at work on an agreement to create a central trading portal-an electronic window able to access all six exchanges.
