With the success of multilateral trading facility (MTF) Chi-X and the imminent launch of bank-backed Turquoise, a host of other organizations have now thrown their proverbial hats into the ring. Bats Trading and Equiduct both have plans to launch European MTFs before the year is out. NYSE Euronext will launch its new dark pool
