EC Case Against Standard & Poor's Not to Be Affected by Caretaker Period

BRUSSELS - The European Commission (EC) proceedings against Standard & Poor's (S&P) for the fees being charged by S&P for databasing International Security Identification Numbers (ISINs) based on Cusip numbers are not expected to be affected by the current caretaker position assumed by the outgoing commission at the EC, Inside Reference Data has learned.
