SFB Market Systems Takes Legal Action over Symbol System

NEW YORK - New Jersey-based options symbology software provider SFB Market Systems has filed a law suit against seven US options exchanges and an options clearing group, claiming they have infringed the SFB copyrighted computer software programs.

The exchanges and clearing group, which either declined to comment or did not respond by press time, include International Securities Exchange, Chicago Board Options Exchange, Boston Options Exchange Group, NYSE Arca, Nasdaq Stock Market, American Stock
