StanChart Sydney's Move To Digital To Shave 62 Percent Off Info Costs
DEALING ROOM SYSTEMS
Standard Chartered this month plans to deploy a digital data distribution in Sydney to replace a video switch from CSK Micrognosis that has been handling information services from Dow Jones Telerate, Knight-Ridder and Reuters. The new system, Reuters' Triarch 2000, will deliver data feeds from Reuters and Knight-Ridder only. The bank will deliver the real-time data to Sydney over its own network from its Singapore office, which also uses Triarch.
